All about commission It’s a game to get a down payment. I got a call back asking for 3, 000$ in order to get a better rate. Once I said no the man didn’t even tell me what the rates were.
55 payments on current loan 60 on there's rate dropped on paper but zero savings. $30 monthly saving but 5 more payments made tgat disapear.
A joke There are better companies out there
Was scammed They added several costs that I did not have with my previous loan. I ended up owing almost 2k more by refinancing with Autopay. Now that I have complaints and answers I can't get a hold of anyone, they wont reply to my texts or emails. Was awful.
The rep was extremely unprofessional and they were a complete waste of time.
Auto Loan Refiance Run! Worst customer service ever! Waiting 3 weeks and never received a response. Followed up multiple times with David Levy, loan specialist who NEVER responded to 1 single messagefor status of my applicationafter 3 weeksand tried elevating to a manager, Nick Mitchell who ignored my messages as well. Unbelievable. Huge waste of my time.
No good options in Utah.. I called in to get an idea of what I would potentially get and they said I had to apply. Once I applied they told me that they don't have very many lenders here. It would have been nice to know before I applied.
Probably the worst experience Dealing with auto pay is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered dealing with a lender . First and foremost auto pay is a broker so they actually charge you 1 to 2 points from the finance rate they get from the banks much like dealerships do .
