WELCOME TO AVON ORAL & MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY Our practice in Avon, Indiana was founded in 1976. Dr. Robert McDonough joined the practice in 1989, Dr. Kevin Stockton in 1996, Dr. Gabriel Hostalet in 2005, and Dr. Jared Shelton in 2017. The owner moved the practice from downtown Indianapolis to Avon in 1981. Our Oral Surgery building is a state-of-the-art facility with seven surgical suites, a recovery room, and three consultation rooms.

RecommendedSurgery went really well! Everyone was really kind and comforting! I spoke with the surgeon before surgery and he was super sweet and made sure I felt comfortable! I felt no pain whatsoever (and I’m a sissy with mouth pain) and still have zero discomfort! Highly recommend this place!
Easy to get in to and great people
I was just there today. I loved them, they were on time, explained everything that they were going to do.
My fiance and I were treated so nice and the staff is very nice and very hospitable.We are for sure to return if the need arises.

Professional, understanding, compassionate
Had my grandson here today to have his wisdom teeth out. Everyone is so nice, helpful and professional. Very nice building and waiting room.
When ever I have gone there they have been wonderful, knows what they are doing. Both my children have had to go there. Once my son had a dry sac it was from a wisdom tooth being pulled. It happed On a Sunday, Carol came in and packed it for him. I had a dentist tell me I had cancer on my lip and they would have to cut my lower lip. My God was I scared went there for there option. Didn’t have cancer of the lip just what they call farmers lip. You can trust them.
