WELCOME TO AVON ORAL & MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY Our practice in Avon, Indiana was founded in 1976. Dr. Robert McDonough joined the practice in 1989, Dr. Kevin Stockton in 1996, Dr. Gabriel Hostalet in 2005, and Dr. Jared Shelton in 2017. The owner moved the practice from downtown Indianapolis to Avon in 1981. Our Oral Surgery building is a state-of-the-art facility with seven surgical suites, a recovery room, and three consultation rooms.

Dr Hostalet is incredible! I’ve had two molars pulled by him and he was very nice and very thorough! I also have had issues with a salivary gland and he has been above and beyond wonderful helping me! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact I have recommended them to my spouses co-worker and she was thrilled with them as well! They are a very busy and popular office. Overpriced & very impatient (threatening collections) for payment. Drove over an hour to visit. Charged $470 for X-rays and evaluation of 1 tooth for possible single implant which was then estimated to cost over $10k. Tried to pay on my bill in person before I left, but no one was available to take my payment. Insurance paid $115 of bill on 2/14. Bill of $355 remaining sent to me 2/14.
