Speaking strictly of the reservation experience, it was very well-handled. We needed to move our reservation back a little at the last minute, since we didn't leave Madison as early as we had hoped to. It was very convenient to have the restaurant's direct phone number on our email confirmation. They were very gracious about moving our reservation from 6:15 to 7:00 when we called.
Service was excellent. The installation of Bittercube at the bar has raised the quality of their cocktail offerings to be on a par with the superb food at Bacchus. Bacchus's bar has always been a nice place to wait for your table, but now, especially with the new small plates menu, the bar is a destination itself.
One of Milwaukee's Best! We've been at Bacchus many times and it never disappoints! Love the light plate offerings. Presentation is always outstanding. Service is top notch! Very impressed with our wait staff. I was a little chilly so they brought in a heater at put it discretely under my table.....Thats going to extra mile!
Bacchus is my favorite restaurant, they have wonderful specials to select from everytime we visit. Their wine list is exceptional and the atmosphere is inviting. Thanks again for the excellent service. Julie Gottschalk
Elegant dining with great food and servic
We had the most wonderful meal at Baccus. We will definitely be going back. The food and service was outstanding!
The whole meal and experience was superb. Everything about the Scottish Salmon was perfect...highly recommended.
Bacchus is a find dining experience that give you quality service and food. From the bartenders to the bus boys, you will not be disappointed.
Overrated. For the price you pay it should be better and much more interesting. I think service at all of the Bartolotta's restaurants has slid a bit.
