The food was very good. The wait staff friendly and attentive. We celebrated our anniversary and could not have selected a better place.
A little pricey, but the second you take your first bite you realize that its money well spent. Beautiful restaurant, elegant, great service, and more importantly amazing food. I had never been there, I took a date there to impress her and Bacchus did that very well. I will be back.
Probably the city's best restaurant right now- with the best chef Adam Siegel. We had an amazing meal- tried lots of the new small plates and they were all great. Entrees and service were great also. The wine list had some wine i had never seen before-very deep. the bar was awesome-high quality craft cocktails made by a very educated bar staff.

The mousse for desert was FANTASTIC. M... read more

Nice restaurant with an above-average menu. I had the iron skillet steak, which was nicely prepared and not "over-accessorized" like some high-end restaurants. The selection of wines by the glass could be better, but I really liked their selection of bottles (too bad I was eating alone). Service was just so-so; the main waiter sounded as if he had worked there for a long time and was somewhat complacent and overly casual, although his assistants were on top of things. I loved the recorded piano jazz that played all through d... read more
Speaking strictly of the reservation experience, it was very well-handled. We needed to move our reservation back a little at the last minute, since we didn't leave Madison as early as we had hoped to. It was very convenient to have the restaurant's direct phone number on our email confirmation. They were very gracious about moving our reservation from 6:15 to 7:00 when we called.
