Our group always enjoy a lunch at Bacchus, so when December is here, we always try to get there. The food is always wonderful along with great atmosphere and service.

Bacchus opens its doors for lunch during the holiday season and it is indeed a treat. With the exception of entrees, "lunch prices" are virtually identical to the evening versions of soups, appetizers and desserts. The food is worthy of the accolades this restaurant usually receives. Though out of tuna tartare during this visit, the Spinach Salad topped with a perfectly fried egg was excellent as was the Beet Salad with Arugula and Hidden Springs Ricotta. We look forward to visiting Bacchus every year when we come to Milwaukee to see the Lakers play the Bucks. It's a fabulous experience! The service is outstanding & the food is the amazing!! We're looking forward to coming in again the next time we're in town. Thank you!!!
My husband and I just moved to Milwaukee, and we were delighted to find Bacchus. Milwaukee has a long list of great restaurants, but Bacchus has just topped our list of favorites as the ambiance was delightful, the food was amazing, and the service was fantastic.

Bacchus continues to be one of Milwaukee's two finest restaurants (along with Sanford D'Amato's "Sanford's"). The American-style haute cuisine is inventive, fresh, and never overdone. Start with the spinach salad accompanied with fried egg, or the wonderful Smithville blue cheese salad with fried pancetta and candied nuts. What can I say. This is the gem of the Bartolotta sites. Have had several of the best meals in my life here and I travel allot! The tasting menu is to die for and I will always think this one of the best spots in the entire mid-west.
