They were just in the process of switching over their menu and there were several missteps (food timing, portion descriptions, etc). The food was terrific and the service attentive, though. I heard from others who have returned that the service is back up to snuff.
The food was very good, not the best steak I ever had but certainly worthwhile. The service however was phenomenal. The staff did an amazing job finding that balance between attentive service and being overbearing. It was rather expensive, the two of us each had a small plate appetizer, a salad, an entree, two drinks, and a desert which came to $150 but for a special occasion, which it was for us, the price seemed reasonable. I will definitely be back and suggest anyone looking for a "special" night out give Bacchus a try.

We enjoyed our latest dinner at a Bartolotta restauarant. Everything we ate was delicious - from the ratatouille appetizer to the banana split dessert. The restaurant was quiet, as it was a Tuesday evening, so our service was great and we didn't feel like we were rushed or waiting for food. I really enjoyed my tuna entree and would love to try more dishes on a future visit. We also had some great wine from an extensive list!

We were celebrating our anniversary and it couldn't have been more enjoyable. The food was wonderful, the service was perfect and we loved the pleasant environment. Highly recommend Bacchus for special occasions.
Like all of our experiences with Bartolotta restaurants, everything was outstanding. You eat slowly here because you want to savor every bite of every course, because every bite is its own individual thrill. The two of us dining had an appetizer we shared, a salad, a soup, different main courses and different desserts, and we both loved every bite. Service was very attentive but not in any way overbearing. Nothing but praise!
from the moment the valet driver greeted us to drinking the delicious after dinner coffee our experience was an A. We enjoyed 2 different small plates, our salads and the main course immensely. The staff was very professional and service was outstanding. We will not only return but will recommend to others
