We have eaten at Bacchus for dinner and recently for Mother's Day Brunch. We have always been impressed with the decor and ambiance of the restaurant, the excellent and delicious food prepared and presented in an interesting but not over-the-top manner, and the efficient and gracious service. Sometimes when you dine at a restaurant the experience varies or dissapoints, but we have never been anything but completely satisfied each time we have dined at Bacchus.
I took a client there for lunch and we sat in the sun room, which has a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. The prix fixe menu is fun and feels very continental. The menu looks great and everything we had was excellent. Highly recommended!
Everyone in our party of 8 LOVED the food. We enjoyed the appetizers, entrees and desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion.
overall really enjoyed my dinner that night. service was great. disappointed that we were seated right behind the serice station. felt that was incrediably rude since there really were very many tables available beyond that one. next time i will not allow myself to be sat there. very distracting for a special evening.

Our experience was once again excellent. It was great and impressive to see the owner walking the place and expressing concern over all areas of the restaurant. The food was very good - especially the fois gras. All was great!
ALWAYS enjoy our meals! Ted is a great host!!
Our only complaint was the volume of the background music -- too loud, despite us requesting that it be turned down. The food was spectacular!
