The service was excellent. All of the entries were excellent. It was a memorable night for our family.
We have done many fine dining tasting menus and this one scored very low on our list. Flavors were either lacking or overly salted. The music being played really ruined the romantic ambience we were hoping for on our anniversary. The waitstaff was very kind, however service was unbearably slow which probably fell more on the kitchen's speed.
Charging for credit card transaction fees?? Seems surprising for such a large restauranteur to pass on the cost.
Quality of food is not good and overpriced as 400 bucks for simple brunch. Service are not good as very impatient and rushing like factory line. No worth for special occasion

The restaurant was beautiful but the food lacked flavor. Good the price charged i was expecting something amazing.

Food was just mediocre. My well done steak was extremely undercooked. The staff was very apologetic (they were really nice) and took it off the bill. I feel like Bartolotta’s needs to step it up for the prices they are charging for this type of food. There are lot of different options for people nowadays. I think the chain is good, but needs to evolve / keep up with the times and competition.

Bacchus is a beautiful restaurant located in the historical Cudahy Towers. Parking is adjacent to the restaurant with valet service. The staff is professional and the service is excellent. Then things unfortunately go downhill. My wife and I love great food and were very excited to try Bacchus. (We were here years ago, and it was fantastic!) Unfortunately, something has changed. We had reservations for 8:45 and we were not seated until 9:20. It was New Years Eve so you could give some leeway there except that they required a $50.00 deposit at the time of reservation. If we had been 1/2 hour late, would they have honored the reservation? The restaurant is in a historic building. The entry area from the parking lot is beautiful but the restaurant itself is pretty stark and was not very festive given the occasion.
