The website, although somewhat dated looking provided more educational info than any competitive website selling the same product. Also, no one else I contacted actually answered their phone. At Back Be Nimble, a very knowledgeable doctor answered the phone directly and helped me select just the right therapeutic equipment options for my patients. As a doctor myself, I really appreciated such. That level of customer service is certainly rare if found at all these days.
The Back Be Nimble really helps to keep the back happier while sitting on a recliner and car seat. (Most recliners are not the right size and curve in the wrong places, and car seats are inherently bad for the back.) This really helps:):)
I bought two “Back Be Nimbles,” one for my car and one for my recliner. All recliners are poorly designed and definitely not designed for women. This helps provide the back support humans need to help avoid back pain:) I have spent so much on different recliners and not found one that works, but now I can use the Back Be Nimble and keep the recliner I have.
