The functionality was fine, I found what i was looking for and seemed to be a good price. But since you asked, I would strongly recommend a website and possible brand redesign. The website looks a bit dated, which can degrade customer confidence. This suggestion is coming from my prior career in technology for both AOL and Dell, where I worked as a graphic designer, web designer, art director and user experience expert.

Yes, you are so right and we definitely agree. Back Be Nimble was actually one of the first 5 ecommerce websites in the world, we created the first shopping cart that we are still utilizing. Although our site is functional and educational as it relates to our products, it certain is "dated" looking and needs a facelift. website is fine. there is no account to track things but it is simple like back in the day.

Our website was one of the first few ecommerce websites, starting in 1994 and we are still using the platform we created back then. I found your check out process confusing. I have no idea when my product is going to arrive. My receipt shows that I ordered one gel insole but I ordered three - the total cost certainly suggests I should expect 3 insoles. Disappointed there was no discounted shipping costs for orders over $100
