I felt that the website is archaic and seems shady. Shipping for multiple items is ridiculous. Shipping 2 items in the same box that do not go over the weight should not be double. It was difficult to navigate and even change items. It took me more than 30 minutes to order when it should have taken seconds.

Well, I certainly have to agree that our website has an outdated look and feel; although it is usually quite functional from the standpoint of providing great products with very detailed information regarding such product and we have been in business online for 30 yrs now.
