The products are of such high quality. Our family has Grampas Garden heating pads of all sorts going back 20 years. We have a lavender plaid one that may even be older. Though the scent is gone, the fabric is still intact. No tears or split seams. We order them for our family members and for gifts. Hope they are always available! Great customer service too. I ordered the gel insoles. When they arrived, the are paper thin and have almost no gel in them. Did not meet expectations and item allows no refunds. $25 for "paper" plus shipping. Waste of money
