The design with 2 side by side gel packs divided with space for one’s spine is just what we needed.

Sorry, you had trouble with text size. On a PC or laptop you can always click Ctrl and "+" sign at that same time to increase text size. If on a phone you can expand it with your fingers or turn it sideways(landscape view) to have large font. In Safari on a laptop or desktop you can hit: you can use the keyboard shortcut "Command-Option-Plus (+)". As far as the change of selection at checkout, were not sure how to explain that. I bought these insoles 15 years ago at a farm show. They lasted me a few years. My feet have go downhill ever since they popped on me. I have been looking for years to find the exact insoles but struck out. Until now. Found them again. Thank you.
