Yes, we certainly agree. Unfortunately, the Mastercare Gravity Inversion Table manufacturer in Sweden provided us with very few images of their products and the images were not up to par in the resolution and quality of what we'd prefer to provide our customers with. I apologize for that and please let me know if I can help answer any questions for you.
It was very easy. I believe that asking questions about race, education, marital status, etc are a little too much to the customer for wanting to purchase a pillow to be honest. Unnecessary!

That being said, Back Be Nimble is neither interested in the answers to those questions nor do we ever ask those questions at Back Be Nimble. Years ago, I used to purchase Sharper Image Gel Inserts. They were the best. I was looking for something like that for my daughter, who works as a waitress and is on her feet for 14 to 16 hours a day. Sharper Image does not carry them anymore, so I did an internet search and found Back Be Nimble, which looked about the same as the ones I used to use. I decided to order a pair for myself too, I think these inserts are just as good as the Sharper Image. I would recommend them.
I have purchased at least 6 back support & seats in the past, but the latest purchase from Back be nimble is not as comfortable as the previous model I purchased (but no longer available) but will meet needs for driving my car, since I no longer drive on long trips & my other seats I have are better for in home & more comfortable.

The website needs to be updated to a more modern look. But overall i give it an 8/10. it was easy to navigate and find my item. I google searched and it brought me to the page. I called and Doc answered and help me with my purchase. Very good
