I recently started boarding my dog with them, and all I can say is that they have great service and they treat my pet with all the kindness and care in the world. My dog is a little shy and doesn't like to be out of the house, but every time I drop her off she's super excited! The staff all know each dog by name and are excellent with every pet and pet owner.

Everyone is extremely nice and professional when I pick up or drop off my friend's fur baby. She uses the sitting and boarding here all the time and the staff really know her dog and care about him and his health concerns. My fur baby will definitely be boarding here when I go out of town next month. Another factor that I considered bis how happy the dog parents are when I am there. I have NEVER heard or witnessed a negative interaction between clients and staff. Great place and an amazing service!

I have been taking Snoopy, my beagle fur baby, to Bark And Board for about one year. Snoopy goes to daycare three to four days a week and he also boards with them when I am out of town. We have had a very positive relationship with Bark and Board and I would highly recommend this facility for both daycare and boarding your pets. The staff is attentive and friendly. My dog HATES strangers and crowded areas (she was a breeding dog, rescued from a puppy mill). Normally she stays with family and friends when I'm busy, but I got married last week and everyone we trust to watch her would be at the wedding. I also just bought a house and was in the process of moving, so I didn't want my dog left alone in the strange new house that we hadn't dog-proofed yet. Thank goodness for Bark and Board Brookhaven! I usually don't take the time to write reviews but my family and I have been so pleased with the staff and the accommodations offered at this resort and daycare. We can barely contain our pups when we pull on to Apple Valley Drive. They know exactly where they are heading and can't wait to get out of the car. I had to take a minute to brag on B&B! My dog has been going there on and off since the opening for both daycare and boarding. We have really enjoyed it. The staff is accommodating and the convenience of daycare with no reservations is great! Today I was especially pleased! My dog has an endless amount of energy and as I checked in on the camera today, I saw the staff taking my dog up and down the equipment in the back (almost like agility) to wear out his energy and giving him endless belly rubs. I love this new Bark & Bark location. Kylie was boarded there last week. I was able to watch her relax in the Presidential Suite. She is a senior dog who doesn't run as fast as the rest of the pack and needs some special care. She hates getting her nails cut, but B&B was able to successfully trim them, bathe her and give her a hair cut. She came home to me clean and adorable. I've already made my reservation for the holidays!
