I have been taking my dog to this location for 1 month now. I previously took her to another facility, but given Bark and Board was closer and had more competitive prices, I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did. My dog has a condition called megaesophagus. She is unable to eat and drink in a normal manner. Friendly staff, clean facility, early hours, and very fair prices. They use a webcam to keep you in touch with your furry family members and they accept all dogs it seems, temperamental yet loving boxer mix.

Would not recommend! Boarded my dog for a week over new years. The day after we picked him up, he began vomiting up worms. Took him to the vet who told us this was the "worst case" she had ever seen. I contacted bark and board by email twice asking for any information regarding his stay and how he was taken care of as at no time were the cameras actually functioning or showing dogs present, with no response. Please consider other options for your pets.

Here's the scenario: I dropped my dogs off at 1010 for grooming. 1 of them has anxiety and takes sedation meds. I timed them appropriately for a 10am groom. I called at 4pm and they weren't ready. They gave me an estimated time to be ready by 6 (8hr after drop off). I asked what the difference between 10am and noon drop off and she said she didn't know. My dog (Jack, English Bulldog, 11 years old) passed away on 8/2/2022 while staying at a Bark and Board @ Brookhaven. We were on a family vacation overseas and got the news right when we landed. The Boarding place staff took him to the Brookhaven Animal pet hospital after they found him unresponsive in the outside play area (which according to temp records it was around 89 degrees F) but it was already too late, they could not resuscitate him. Most groomers will book you by appointment. You pick a time, drop off your pet and a few hours later, they're done and ready for pick up. This place instead has no sort of system for getting your pet groomed in a timely and reasonable manner. Everyone drops off their pet in the morning and it's basically a free-for-all, with ONE person doing all the grooming. They had my 13-yr old blind dog in a crate for 7 hours and I had to come pick her up without being groomed because I didn't want her there for 8-9 hours. The worst par... read more

This place is absolutely not recommended. The staff a pregnant girl, and the mgr Mike are all rude, unprofessional and prejudice. Save yourself the need to repent and go to a more professional place where the staff acknowledges their wrongdoings and doesn't insult and defame you. I would not step foot in this place doe any service again. Very unholy.

Scalped my dog and didn't even tell me! They covered it with a harness and once I finally spoke to the manager the next day it was a sorry! No sorry! Accidents happen and you tell the truth they truly though I wouldn't notice this? No sir! Never again!
