I had to take a minute to brag on B&B! My dog has been going there on and off since the opening for both daycare and boarding. We have really enjoyed it. The staff is accommodating and the convenience of daycare with no reservations is great! Today I was especially pleased! My dog has an endless amount of energy and as I checked in on the camera today, I saw the staff taking my dog up and down the equipment in the back (almost like agility) to wear out his energy and giving him endless belly rubs. Thank you B&B for providing... read more

I love this new Bark & Bark location. Kylie was boarded there last week. I was able to watch her relax in the Presidential Suite. She is a senior dog who doesn't run as fast as the rest of the pack and needs some special care. She hates getting her nails cut, but B&B was able to successfully trim them, bathe her and give her a hair cut. She came home to me clean and adorable. I've already made my reservation for the holidays!

Business response:

Thanks, Kristin! Glad you loved the haircut. Kylie looked like such a diva when she left! We look forward to seeing her again.

I have been taking my dog to this location for 1 month now. I previously took her to another facility, but given Bark and Board was closer and had more competitive prices, I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did. My dog has a condition called megaesophagus. She is unable to eat and drink in a normal manner. She has been turned away by multiple daycares given the extra time and energy needed to take care of her properly. Bark and Board did not hesitate to welcome her into their family. They took the time to lear... read more

Friendly staff, clean facility, early hours, and very fair prices. They use a webcam to keep you in touch with your furry family members and they accept all dogs it seems, temperamental yet loving boxer mix.

Would not recommend for long-term boarding, especially for dogs needing coat maintenance. I boarded my Shih Tzu here from July 11-22. She has a drop coat that requires regular brushing to prevent matting -- I know that's not something a boarding facility can do for free every day, and I never expected that. At drop-off, I explained this to a young woman, possibly Haley (who was doing intake) and the groomer, who happened to be there. I even brought my own brushes and asked for her to be brushed 2-3 times during the week. I w... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience during Butter's stay with us from July 11-22, and we sincerely apologize for the distress and disappointment this situation has caused you and your beloved fur baby. We understand how important your dog's coat maintenance is, and we deeply regret that the specific request you made at drop-off regarding regular brushing was not properly communicated or followed through on during her stay. It is clear that y... read more

Would not recommend! Boarded my dog for a week over new years. The day after we picked him up, he began vomiting up worms. Took him to the vet who told us this was the "worst case" she had ever seen. I contacted bark and board by email twice asking for any information regarding his stay and how he was taken care of as at no time were the cameras actually functioning or showing dogs present, with no response. Please consider other options for your pets.

Business response:

Hi Leah, Thank you for speaking with us today about your stay. As discussed will be following up again after Bodhi's next appointment. If you need anything before then do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you

Here's the scenario: I dropped my dogs off at 1010 for grooming. 1 of them has anxiety and takes sedation meds. I timed them appropriately for a 10am groom. I called at 4pm and they weren't ready. They gave me an estimated time to be ready by 6 (8hr after drop off). I asked what the difference between 10am and noon drop off and she said she didn't know. We live 30min away so we left in time to be there by 6. At 6, they still weren't ready. They informed my husband that 10am was a drop off time and not an appt time and they w... read more
