I originally posted a review of this place when my dog first stayed with them, but was encouraged to remove it. I have since had many discussions around the Ashford Park neighbourhood about this place and the reception is far from positive so I felt the need to share my experience. As the owner of Bark & Board I take your concerns seriously. We discussed puppy warts when you called me. When I started to describe that they can be transmitted from a dog anywhere and can incubate up to 2 weeks before appearance, you said you knew about puppy warts. If I remember correctly, your pup had been going to another facility for daycare or boarding before boarding at mine so there is the possibility the warts were contracted there or through any casual contact with another dog. The web cams don't work, so I wasn't able to check on my dog. They say a nail trim comes with the bath, but they didn't do it. Only one person working at the end of the day with a line of people trying to pick up there dogs - he was incorrectly charging everyone. They have different pricing for half and full days and apparently don't keep record of when your dog was dropped off.

By far, the WORST place in Atlanta to take your dog. If there is a way to give this place ZERO STARS, then I would. I took my dog for daycare in the morning and tried to check on him with the webcams periodically. What's on the webcams? NOTHING! No activity, no people, no dogs anywhere!! For FIVE HOURS!! Then I called the office to see if the webcams were down or malfunctioning. More importantly, I wanted to check if my dog was okay and actively playing.
