This company came to my home and gave me an outrageous quote over $20,000 just for a basic shower and tub. I told the man I could not afford the price. He immediately came down in price by about $5000 and after I told him I still couldn't afford that, he came down again by several thousand dollars. This tells me that the original price was at least $10,000 more than necessary and I'm sure they're still making money after reducing the price by so much. This company has continued to call me time and time again - despite me never reaching out for a bath remodel - and despite me (while I was patient at first) requesting then demanding to be removed from their call list. Time and time again they continue to call back claiming they have no call history with me. .... which... if my "request" came in May 2023.... why would they just be calling February ****? I would never suggest to anyone to ever hire this company.

*** told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number and wrong person. For a few years this has been going on. I've blocked the very number they have called from. Some how they manage to still call and text me to get a free estimate. *** added my name to the do not call list. I've also called this company to let them know they are calling the wrong person to please stop harassing me. Today they called to set up an appointment for an estimate. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I have had 4 strokes and a right lower leg amputation. I need a walk in shower installed. So I could safely bathe myself. I requested some information and was contacted by the local office in ********* **. I live in *******, **. Anot 90 miles west of *********. I responded to a bath planet solicitation email asking if I wanted to receive information. Regarding their product. I responded by providing my email and cell number because they needed it for identity purposes. All I wanted was online information from them, no calls. What I received was attempts to reach me multiple times a day between 9 am and 9pm for approx two weeks. I was not ready to speak with anyone. The in home consult was great, the install went smoothly until the end. The installers broke an unusual light cover that was original to my MCM house and not replaceable. I should have removed it so I will accept some responsibility but the thing that made me angry was the installers left if such a hurry like they wanted to get away quickly and totally forgot to mention the breakage. Worst experience ever, very unprofessional. It took about a month for completion. First coming out with wrong shower walls and everything was stuffed in a van, acrylic walls were bend to fit in the van along with wall replacement cut in half to fit in the van, and guys were not professional workers. Second time coming out different crew and with most material not on hand. Many short cuts . Job cost me $19,000. Contract is all in their favor. Completely overcharged my elderly mother. Come back from vacation to find they charged her 20k for a fancy equivalent of a vinyl shower enclosure. Unreal. Charlatans.
