Worst experience ever, very unprofessional. It took about a month for completion. First coming out with wrong shower walls and everything was stuffed in a van, acrylic walls were bend to fit in the van along with wall replacement cut in half to fit in the van, and guys were not professional workers. Second time coming out different crew and with most material not on hand. Many short cuts . Job cost me $19,000. Contract is all in their favor. Completely overcharged my elderly mother. Come back from vacation to find they charged her 20k for a fancy equivalent of a vinyl shower enclosure. Unreal. Charlatans.

Seriously whatever you do, do NOT choose this company for your bathroom remodel. I have never dealt with customer service or installation of a project this unprofessional and honestly horrible. The sales pitch is very forceful, but they show great pictures of remodels and emphasize how they ensure it is done in one day. That is the main selling point.
