We are very happy the way our new shower turned out The job of converting our old bathroom from tub to shower took only one day and it's beautiful. The workmanship turned out great My husband and I would definitely recommend BATH PLANET
I met with a consultant that represents bath planet & because I didnt like the free quote I was called a b**** Not only did he insult me he recorded in my home with my children around & said it was company policy. I am disgusted and disappointed that thats what you allow your company to be represented by. Completely disgusting.

Harassing marketing calls from the very first contact. I had a family emergency; they still kept calling. I told them I was at the *** they still tried to speak with me. I will NEVER use them due to the harassing constant calls.

Would love to leave zero - made an appoint for someone to come out - was just looking for price - they literally called me 12 times from Friday - Saturday confirming for the following Monday - due to family emergency wasn't able to answer - called me again Sunday and told them I am canceling. Called me a week later to reschedule and told them due to incessant calls from them - no longer interested.

Got the job done by them and I love it; they did the job but forget to caulk in some places but good job overall. I loved the promotion they had no interest for a year, but interest started as soon as the job was done. Tried to contact them about the interest and the caulk they forgot but kept getting sent off. Never received a call back. Sent me a message saying they would come out but never responded back. Called and nothing. Seriously the worst customer service experience ever.

Salesmen said the installers were Bath Planet employees but were just General Contractors. Had to have them come back within a month because there was a crack in the tub already. The lifetime warranty isn't lifetime, and the **************** guarantee only refunds up to $2000 if defective (a far cry from the $13,000 we paid) Just recently the tub spouts water diverter fell apart! The material installed is not what the salesperson demonstrated. Thin acrylate and molded to make it look like it is thicker, the installer was great and mostly worked by himself. Please avoid.
