On 8/29/25, I paid Bath Planet (Leaf Home Enhancements) $3,300 as a down payment for a tub to shower conversion. Bath Planet performed the work on 9/12/25. I paid the invoice balance $7,679.00 on 9/17/25. I owed Bath Planet no more money. On 10-14-25, Bath Planet took $14,000 out of my checking account without my authorization. The money was stolen. My next stop is the ***********************

I wanted to love this, I really did but the way it was installed was very rushed. Shelves crooked, they damaged my floors in the area where the tub edge meets the floor, and guards of panels overlapping material that it shouldn't. I don't think I would write a review if it were just that, the final straw was the top of the panel cracked, I am a short person, nothing comes in contact that high up so I'm confused on why it would suddenly crack. Disreputable Company. Well, please hear me prospects. DO NOT TRUST THAT THIS COMPANY WILL REVEAL ALL THEIR SHADY FINANCIAL DEALINGS. We were quoted 2 prices. We had 3 days to make a decision. I called the next day and decided on the lower cost option which involved excluding a product. They adjusted the work order and sent it to me right away so it can be signed quickly. Had a walk-in shower installed on September 17, 2025, noticed the next day that there was a 6-foot area that wasn't caulked. Called Bath Planet immediately on September 18, 2025, told the lady who answered the phone about the issue. She took my contact information & said someone would call me. Don't walk away, RUN!!!! These people offer an average (at best) product at outlandish prices. I should have known better when they used a substantial discount incentive (only good for that day) to sign the contract at the first sales appointment. Workmanship is shoddy with nothing but corner cutting installation methods. Poor installation and worse post-install support. First tech showed up and determined he couldn't do the job, so it'll have to be rescheduled. After waiting several days and not hearing anything from Bath Planet, I called them to reschedule. This is after the salesman took many pictures and detailed measurements of my old tub/shower. Two techs showed up at 9:30 and took an hour lunch, so I knew my "installation in one day" would not happen. Salesperson was very nice at first but quickly tried the hard sale tactics then quickly tried the scare game them moved to trying to guilt us. Price dropped several times but he was unable to give a itemized estimate by email. "Couldn't get it to work" told be to take a picture of it,only thing on screen was prices and payment amounts.
