We picked up our pre owned vehicle this morning at Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge from Tommy Dryer, an excellent Sales Consultant. Tommy made sure all paperwork was explained and signed. We drove off in our pre owned 2020 Buick Encore GX knowing we got a great deal with our budget Tommy had to work with. Thanks Tommy Dryer and Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge.

This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership, I went to a few places. And let me tell you. That after working with Abdel meguid Youssef of bayridge Nissan. I will never go any plave esle to buy my cars. He took his time and stayed with my wife and I all the way till the end. He even gave on good advice on with route I should. I was attended to by service writer Victor Paredes, whom I have known at Bay Ridge Nissan for a number of years. Had a service related issue that came up and reached out to Ali Fares at the service department. Ali was able to take in my vehicle same day and get the suspension fixed as well as maintenance done.
