I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Ayers for a basic oil change and tire rotation. He was incredibly helpful, thorough and considerate through the process and helped me avoid paying for anything I didn’t need. I originally thought I needed much more but he made sure to do a free inspection to be certain. That’s almost unheard of at a dealership! My only complaint is the amount of waiting time…I was there for 3 1/2 hours but they were certainly busy, and clearly for a good reason. I’m very happy with Nissan of Bay Ridge!

Tyler Rivera was the right person for me. I was nervous at first because I was hoping I had somebody to be honest with me since it was my first time buying. So happy I found somebody like him. Katherine Alers was great she knew exactly what I wanted based off of the information I gave her she went above and beyond to make my driving transaction was smooth I would recommend her to want and everyone I know

Between Sasha at sales and Carmine and Jack at Service I would say that I am satisfied with the dealership. I woikd give it 5 stars however there are a few people who work there that can turn you off to the whole experience. I say give them a chance but make sure to deal with the individuals mentioned as I am sure they will make sure you are taken care of.
