Had a service related issue that came up and reached out to Ali Fares at the service department. Ali was able to take in my vehicle same day and get the suspension fixed as well as maintenance done. Youssef Abdelmeguid was my sales person and he was very attentive and friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. As far as the dealership goes, 2 things to point out- the music playing is very loud and it’s not handicap accessible. My Dad cannot walk upstairs and there’s no elevator or ramp to get up to the finance offices.
