Robert Ayers the service advisor provided excellent service when I recently came in to service my Nissan pathfinder. He was very courteous, professional and took the time and patience to explain all the details and answer all my questions. I will definitely return to this dealership and look forward to dealing with Robert Ayers in the future.

I had a factory recall. Robert Ayer, the service rep, handled my work order. He was prompt, professional and contacted me to advise the car was ready for pickup. Since I did not wait, I appreciated that Robert reached out to me. Mr. Ayer has handled service issues for me on other occasions and has always done an excellent job.
