This is my first car from Nissan. Extremely happy with the car. The dealership from the time you drive into the service department and meet up with one of your representatives, they are professional, kind, and courteous. Robert Ayers the service advisor provided excellent service when I recently came in to service my Nissan pathfinder. He was very courteous, professional and took the time and patience to explain all the details and answer all my questions. I had a factory recall. Robert Ayer, the service rep, handled my work order. He was prompt, professional and contacted me to advise the car was ready for pickup.
