We picked up our pre owned vehicle this morning at Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge from Tommy Dryer, an excellent Sales Consultant. Tommy made sure all paperwork was explained and signed. This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership, I went to a few places. And let me tell you. That after working with Abdel meguid Youssef of bayridge Nissan. I will never go any plave esle to buy my cars. He took his time and stayed with my wife and I all the way till the end. He even gave on good advice on with route I should. I was attended to by service writer Victor Paredes, whom I have known at Bay Ridge Nissan for a number of years. Victor assisted me in troubleshooting the car for a check engine light problem and supplied me with a set of Hankook tires. The job was completed on time with a strong attempt to lower cost. It was my great pleasure in dealing with this high-quality employee.
Service is excellent. Customer service is the best. The lounge is relaxing and wait times are quick.
