We have been bringing our dog Monster to Bayview for a couple of years and always receive the best care. He used to get very anxious and scared going into his last vet, hiding behind my knees. I have been going to Bayview for over 20 years so I have seen them at their best and at their worst. I'm happy to say they are on top again. The new Medical Director and also a Board Certified Surgeon Dr. Maria Phillips is amazing along with Dr. Brittany Bowsher both are TOP NOTCH. Vet Techs/Nurses Mike R. has been there probably as long as I have and he is THE BEST along with Jay both are wonderful and I feel comfortable with my pups in their hands. Ok. I'll give it to you straight. Dr. Rudd Nelson used to own/work here and he is, hands down, THE BEST VET you will ever come across in your life. Now that being said, he has moved to Iowa making guest appearances here and there. Bayview Animal Hospital is the BEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL, I Have ever experienced. Greeted and being taken care by the nicest staff I have ever met. So my girl Samantha has been itching really bad the last few weeks so I seen a ad pop up for Bayview with first time clients get a $25 discount so I figured why not. We moved and needed a new vet anyway. So unexpected I had to work and my daughter ended up taking my girl in For the appointment. I want to thank the office staff. Have lived in Fort Lauderdale for nearly 6 years and have been to a couple of vets. Most are decent and had one close shop unexpectedly. Having multiple dogs, want good service without a long wait and a friendly atmosphere. I recently brought my 10 y/o feline here after 2 other local vet clinics were unable to diagnose her (between Xmas and NYE, at that!) , and Dr. Bartlett now has a loyal client. I was distraught with no hope after a few days of my cat not eating, displaying signs of nausea, anorexia, etc. and I essentially lost all hope of my furbaby meeting my actual growing baby.
