A few months ago I was sitting in the waiting room at Bayview Animal Hospital waiting for my appointment with Dr. Nelson - with my new puppy, Phoebe Grace. Back in the day when Dr Brunz owned this practice, it definitely had a different feel, more caring, call it what you want. Even when Dr Nelson first got involved with the practice, it still had all the feel of the Dr Brunz office. But when we had to take our animals in recently, we noticed the change right away. Some of the human touch has gone from the practice and there does seem to be an influence to sell lab tests, procedures and such. I absolutely love this place! The staff is very kind and loving to all my pets. They are affordable and are always helpful when you're on a budget. The best part is that I know my animals well being is always number one!! I am always impressed at how much love they have for my fur babies !! I have never had a problem here. I recommend this vet to anyone and everyone. I have been to my fair share of vet's with all my animals and I've never been this happy.

I have been using Bayview for about 4 years. All of my dogs and my foster dogs have the best care and attention. Dr Smith is fantastic, truly animal lover and I trust him and everyone at the clinic 100% Dr Nelson and Dr Carew too. The technicians are amazing and so the front desk people I recommend them for all of my friends They are the best! They are passionate about animals and this is the most important thing to me

I have been going to this vet office for 20 years. It was a small family like office with dr brunz and Erin at the front desk. Dr brunz was such an incredible doctor. We were all a bit worried when dr Nelson came into the picture. And though the practice has grown sooo big, so has it's heart! Dr Nelson has managed to keep the same small family feeling. As medical professional I understand what it takes to have a successful operation. Rudd Nelson and his team are as good as it gets in their field. Professional, efficient and caring. Really glad I made the switch from my previous vet.

I have been taking both dogs here for several years and am always happy with the service I've received. The doctors do not push unnecessary procedures and prices are fair. I've always gotten a same day appt for emergencies as well. Front desk is helpful and friendly.

We've been taking our dog to Bayview for 8 years. I was just there this morning and I'm reminded of how much I like them. They are the BEST!. Friendly, caring and efficient staff. The dog doesn't even shake when she goes there. She likes them. Really nice group of people and the prices are reasonable too.

The doctors at this vet commit themselves to their craft. Friendly staff and a very clean environment. Dr Christopher Smith did a fantastic job on my dogs neuter (didn't even need a cone around his neck) and I recently went back due to a laceration in My dogs eye and he did a great job to restore him to health. Dr Nelson is great as well. You can tell everyone works there with passion and confidence. I wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else.
