I've been going to see Dr. Nelson for several years. He is very honest and caring and doesn't try to talk you into unnecessary tests. I've known him longer than my husband! He and the other vets at Bayview are top notch, and I trust the care of my fur family to Bayview. Highly recommend.
I have had dogs my entire life and am happy and grateful to have found Bayside to care for my dogs. Dr. Carew not only cares deeply for them but also found me one of my rescue dogs! They are fair in pricing and a very busy office. Yes at times I have to wait however, if my pups need that extra few minutes of care they don't rush, so you wait a few extra minutes! Also they have a very large staff so there is always coverage if Dr. Carew is out of town.
They are the best vets we've ever met. We usually see either Dr. Nelson or Dr Phillips. They are both very knowledgeable & caring of our Yorkies. Highly recommend Bayview as the best animal clinic in south Florida
Dr. Rudd Nelson and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and extremely competent. We have had two dogs cared for by them and have every confidence in their abilities, surgical and non-surgical care.
From start to finish, my experiences at bayview were great. Dr. Carew is, hands down, the best vet I've ever dealt with and the accompanying staff is just as awesome. My eldest cat, only 7, had a quick onset of some sort of sickness. I was at a loss and still being fairly new to south Florida, I would've been helpless if I hadn't already heard of and met Dr Carew through mutual pet parent friends. They treat animals like family best animal clinic in South Florida. They just did an expansion and it is beautiful! They also take care credit which is a great financing option along with most pet insurance. Such an amazing staff!
I can't see myself going elsewhere. A friend recommended this vet to me years ago and I have used them ever since. I actually adopted my second dog, Snoop, from them about 4 years ago. The staff is friendly and the veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They have recently expanded into the office next door and I think they added new doctors. The only gripe I have is with the cost. Services seem very expensive. However, you get what you pay for. I love my dogs and want the best for them.
Best vet in the world. Dr. Nelson is extremely skilled and compassionate . His wife is a true animal lover and wonderful as well.
DR. NELSON is simply the best. He is gentle, honest and most of all caring to our pets. My mom is a notorious cat woman in the neighborhood and Dr. Nelson is the only doctor that cares and is non judgmental whenever we always bring in our cats that have health problems for being outdoors. Oh and the front desk Erin is SUPER NICE!
