EVERYONE that works there, the whole staff, are animal lovers. For them, it is not just a job, but a passion. Have been taking my "kids" there since 1989.
Love this place. Been coming here for 20 years and though they have expanded since the good ol' dr brunz days, their heart and passion has also grown! We love dr Nelson! He's saved both my pets on multiple occasions. We love Erin at the desk dearly!
Dr. Smith, Dr. Nelson and everyone here is so amazing. We have a very "special" girl who, although she is big, is a HUGE baby and is always so nervous at the vet. But everyone here goes out of the way to help us make her as comfortable as possible. Today's emergency visit for an apparent allergic reaction to a sting was so much less stressful thanks to everyone here. I can't thank you all enough!!!!
We've been taking our pets there for a few years now and I couldn't be happier. Every doctor we have seen is super nice and willing to look at all the options to help you decide what is best. Whether it's an emergency or regular visit, they are spot on. My animals never display distress or anxiety when we go, and I think that says a lot about how they handle each patient. Their newly remodeled office is so inviting, the exam rooms are nice and clean. The staff is caring and attentive.
Me and my Chocolate Chip love Bayview Animal Clinic. Dr. Phillips is awesome.
