Love this place! Staff and maintenance are pleasant. I only had 2 issues since moving here and they corrected the problem fast. Very peaceful I can hear my upstairs neighbor walk but that's expected living on the bottom floor. Appliances are a little dated but the apartments are huge. Neighbors are nice and no issues with crime. We love it only wish there was more side walks in the area but...
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and has a lot of room. The grounds are clean and very well maintained. They are quick to fix any problems you have in the apartment and you are made aware of what they have done. I am very happy with my choice in apts!!
I just want to give a "HUGE" shoutout to Assistant Property Manager Alexsa.. She stood by me thru a situation this week when I thought all hope was gone but Alexsa didn't let me give up. I sit in her office for almost two hours today and she made it her business to help me before I left her office. Just let me say that she's awesome and I haven't never had any place like Waypoint at Bayview...
I haven't been here long however it has been relaxing so far. I like the new landscaping I've seen so far the past few weeks. And the pool is looking good as well. Can't wait for this summer and enjoying the new grounds and hopefully a few grilling nights!

Great apartment for a great price. I am completely satisfied with everything so far. Staff has been super helpful every step of the way. The neighbor is in a very convenient location and is well-maintained and quiet. I look forward to many years here!

Comminication and poor quality of work in the apartment is the biggest compliant. Recent changes have occurred i.e. Lighting outside and landscaping. Not a good apartment for long term stay. Carpets need to be changed if pets are in the home. Building could not tell me how long it has been since carpets were last changed. It's a decent apartment to live in, but the staff is horrible. My roommate and I have had nothing but attitude and even some back talk from them. Manager yelled at my dad which is very unprofessional and rude I think. The apartment itself has a lot of space and some stuff is outdated (but they are renovating). I did have roach and bed bug problems there as well.
