The renovated units are great with new washer and dryer installed! Great size apt for your money! Only downside is the hallways and stairwell. They could use regular sweeping and cleaning. Besides that we are very satisfied with our home!!

i have not had a bad experience here. every time i call or go to the front office everyone is really nice to me. the outside of the apartments are nice and they do have people come around cleaning; which is good because alot of poeople have dogs. overall i would recommend this apartment to others
The apartment is great. The staff is very friendly and very quick to help with any concern. The apartment itself is amazing. There is a ton of storage and space and the apartments are very well kept. Everything works great. Sometimes there is a lot of noise
When we first moved in not that many people lived in our unit. No the unit is basically full and the noses level is ridiculously loud with the new tenants and the noise from the traffic. The hallways were clean now it's dirty and smells like dogs.
My experience here so far is fine aside from the fact that I had a few unfinished jobs which should have been done before I moved in, the staff were very willing to get the matters fixed. I am still adjusting to the surroundings and I hope my entire time here will be goid one.

Older buildings offer larger rooms, but still well maintained. Friendly office staff and great maintenance response when ever I've needed assistance. I feel my rent is reasonable compared to others in the area we shopped. Our manager and the staff are easy to talk to and helpful.
I have two issues with this complex.I don't like the fact that the parking lot is filled with cars from people who do not live here, I work nights and everytime I come home the parking lot is full. If it was full with tenants who lived here I wouldn't mind. The 2nd Is and issue with Bugs! Big flying Roaches to be exact, I've had 4 I had to kill in my apartment since I've been here
