This community is more than what I had expected. I've never lived in a complex where their maintenance crew was so prompt on completing things that needed to be done! It's withing 10 min from major stores and places to eat. Extremely pet friendly! I would recommend anyone to move here!
Generally it was a pleasant apartment. The price was acceptable, and the place was in a safe community while it was within 20 minutes to the place I am working. However, it would be better if there are more shopping areas around. Further, there are no common community activities so I did have chance to know my neighbors.
It would be great to see a water system at the dog park during the nicer weather along with a bit more shaded areas for the hot days in the summer as well as a covered area for the owners to sit during inclement weather. Another idea would be to have apartments that are pre-furnished and available to be rented..
the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I love that they allow pets that was a big factor when I was looking for an apartment. the appearance is very nice and the maintenance is very fast if there are any problems. my air stopped working on a Saturday and they came out within 30 mins and had it fixed.
So far it has been a wonderful experience. The office staff has been very helpful and understanding and I have not had any problems with the neighbors. The selling point however had to be the dog park in which it is free and close by along with the new playground that I can use for bodyweight workout when there are no kids there
This apartment complex is a great place to live. It is not only a safe place to live but has an amazing office staff and maintenance crew who genuinely care about their tenants. They have always addressed any issue i have had with little to no time in between requests and I can be a pain. Thank you for all that you do.
I liked this place at first. But, we have been here a year now and my car was randomly broken into. The noise levels are absurd. My neighbor blared her bass so loud and when we first complained nothing was done and we were told to try to resolve the issue ourselves. Honestly I am very dissatisfied with several things one being the hot water and cold water lines are crossed the half bathroom gets cold water 10% of the time and my washer line gets no cold water.
