Just not what you would expect from a community. They show you the model which is completely different than the outdated apartment you actually move in to. The walls are paper thin and you can hear what people are watching and other noise; as well as people in the hallway.
Other than my apartment being disgusting I like the location and the employees. This place kind of looks run down. The appliances Ade from the 1900s and that's weird to me and my stove doesn't even work a lot of stuff is broken and or stained. Not very nice looking appearance.
It is not the worst but certainly not the best. Noise from traffic and my neighbors all through the night.. Office staff is great and so is maintenance. Expected to walk in to my new home and it look just as the model did. Whoever was responsible for cleaning and repairing previous damages must have rushed through everything.
It's okay I liked it at first but as time goes on not enjoying it fellow tenants don't clean up after pets parking hard to get when others have guests.rules for pool only applies to some residents. first floor tenants ceiling feels like it is going to fall in because of second floor tenants.
