My experience has greatly improved over time since I first moved in. There were a few setbacks here and there, but the staff has been so good about handling all of my concerns. For the money I pay there are still a few drawbacks to the community that I wish were different, but all in all I am now glad to be a resident here at Waypoint At Bayville.
Waypoint at Bayville is a great community..friendly staff, clean grounds and and prompt service. This location is close to the base, beach, and shopping. Very large dog park is awesome for your sog to get aome energy out. Newly instales playground is a great addition to this community.
The maintenance staff is exceptional and very quick to respond to work orders. I have been here over a year and have had no worries about my safety. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood as well. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean.

I have lived here since 2013 and I must say that I have known people who lived here in the past before I got here and the grounds and well kept, they have a new playground for children and the dog park is the biggest I've seen for an apt complex. The apartments are decent but older. The wiring is poorly done, particularly in the kitchen. My a/c frequently breaks down. The neighborhood kids play in the parking lot, pee outside and in the hallways. They also tear up the lawns. The neighbors are noisy.
Experience is great thus far, except the water bill fluctuating month to month. Water measurement is inacurrate. Billing company should come up with a different method to measure water. Water use is not based on actual usage, its based on size of apartment and people in the apartment.
