Very roomy apartments; large kitchens; plenty of storage; large dog park; great staff; close to JEF Little Creek; close to shopping. Haven't had a problem which wasn't tackled in a timely manner. Plan on staying here for a very, very long time.
Its been good so far,no major problems, apartments need updating, but its a quiet safe community and I like they have a dog park and are accomodating to animals, parking situation is good as well no complaints. Landscaping is also kept up well.
As long as I have lived here, I prefer Waypoint over Mansards (previously named) because of their reconstruction of the community and immediate attention to fix problems. The maintenance crew is always professional. I would update the security and parking privileges to residents because non-residents can park in the community-- it's not fair, they should be towed. There is always solicitors...

I'm sure once I'm settled in and experiencing the neighborhood fully I'll be a 5 star review. At this point, the office staff have been very nice, Leslie has been completely helpful and accommodating. The apartments are very high quality for the rent costs. The area is very safe and you are really in a prime spot for outdoor activites. Plus your close to town center and the highway. The dog park is okay but the dog owners dont pay attention to them. You have to be careful around them.
I have just recently moved into these apartments, and it has a bunch of storage space and it's very decent size apartments. The first day we noticed there were some maintenance problems, but were handled very quickly. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Very clean, great leasing office staff, and perfect apartment layout. Amazing price per sq footage! We love it here. Can't wait for summer when the pool opens! Everyone is very friendly, good neighbors and it is so close to everything we need.
I feel the previous office staff was more curtious and efficiently handled things better.the current staff can be rude and has an attitude as if they are doing you a favor when you need maintenance or any questions. I'm disappointed in the obvious lack of making the problems of the renters a priority.
