Verified Renter Bell Apex is an attractive apartment complex, conveniently located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It has all the amenities, a friendly responsive staff and everything in the apartment works, never have to call maintenance, knock on wood.
Verified Renter Bell Apex 'Luxury' apartments are o.k. The word 'luxury' is an adjective and is subjected to one's own standard of 'luxury'. I elected to live at Bell Apex because of The Village at Apex. The Village feels neighborly... people smile and say, 'hi' when I go for my walks.
