Verified Renter While we are only here for about five months as we are in transition, the community is well maintained and landscaped. Additionally, the amenities are quite nice and readily accessible to residents.

My young son loves to come home and stay home all day now despite the fact he still misses the place we used to live at. The office staff are very kind and responsive. If something breaks down or not work, the maintenance manager comes and takes care of it right away. I love it so far!

Verified Renter So far since Last year December, I have not had any personal experience that Bell Apex could not troubleshoot, and in a timely manner. I will recommend this place anytime with a little grown children. Or single and older couples, quiet, clean, close to highway. Pamela.O
