Zero stars! Is not an option for this awful place. I went in yesterday for routine updates for my dogs vaccinations and instead I end with a $445. Bill and a bag full of worthless supplies. These doctors are worst than car salesmen, trying to sell you anything without even getting consent. Oh, did I mention, because of their poor care and lack of attention my dog is dead! My dog is dead now! I put 100% blame on this terrible place. Murderers

This place has great medical care and the Dr we saw was fantastic that being said it's the most expensive facility we have ever used and the front dest is COLD slow and incentive. If it wasn't for our Dr I wouldn't go back. Wish someone there would wake up and fix things so I don't have to find somewhere else. Got an estimate to neuter our healthy 11 month doodle, $950.00. That's just way over our budget so will find somewhere else, our insurance only pays $85.00 for the procedure.

My dog has been very sick and my regular vet doesn't know what's wrong with him. They suggested I get an ultrasound but they don't have one, so they said I would have to find a vet that does ultrasound. I called a few places for pricing and everyone I called quickly gave me the price, except for Belle Haven. The receptionist at first said they don't give out prices or estimates. If you can get past dealing with their front desk staff who, in five visits have been rude and ignorant in answering questions, the vets are okay.

I went on a trip to Virginia recently and brought my dog to this place when my little dog was feeling sick under the weather. The service is terrible. Not only do they have poor quality controls with their inventory but the staff and nurses treated my dog horribly, specifically Barbie Adkins. Barbie was making fun of my dog and mocking his looks. My summary of this place: might as well take your pet to Banfield at Petsmart, because for the premium charged at Belle Haven, you get "Petsmart" service, or what I would expect from a place like Petsmart. My issues are incompetency and rushed service accompanied by high prices. 1) Rushed Service - We've been to the vet 3 times for 3 issues and seen 3 different vets, so none of the vets really know my dog which is disappointing. Nice building and support staff but the partner vets relentlessly push expensive elective procedures and imply you are a negligent pet owner if you don't fork over $2000+ for something that " might" be helpful.Stay away!!
