The response to a recall issue with my Honda CRV was impressive. But, no surprise to me, since, Jessica Curit-Ramos, Service Advisor, always responds quickly to my inquiries, assesses the issue professionally and schedules accordingly based on past appointments. The personal care she exhibits toward the client makes every vehicle service transaction "Easy".
