"110000 service and window repair" The service and personnel as usual were top-notch. All issues were resolved promptly and full explanations were given for all needed repairs. The adviser was very courteous, professional and friendly.
"Nothing short of EASY!" Bobby Ramos, Service Advisor, scheduled the service promptly within the time frame requested, specifically the very next afternoon. He was aware of my Honda Care Benefit, had all the required covered service performed and signed the Honda Care booklet without being asked to do so. "Great service experience" Went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Also had a window issue. At the end, we knew what was wrong, had the part ordered and a new appt scheduled for the fix. Everything was fast and friendly. I'm very pleased with the service department.
