"great" They had the car that we wanted. Very friendly. Clean waiting room. Plenty of water. Miss the donuts and muffins. Wayne hill was very helpful with the financing

"Quick and easy oil change." I went in for an oil change and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining about other services my car might need. I didn't have to wait long for my car to be ready.
"Maintainence work" I have had several routine things done at Berlin and also a few things under warranty . Staff is thorough and friendly. I would recommend having your Honda serviced there.
"Review" An excellent experience with Dave. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the HRV. I would definitely recommend Berlin City and Dave. i love my new HRV!

"Bobby in Service gets 5 Stars" Brought my car in for oil change and though the line was super long, Bobby was fantastic on all levels of service. He was had my car ready exactly when he said it would be (important on a busy work day for me), he was professional and courtesy - wonderful customer service, much appreciated. Steve Gendron in sales also incredible since my lease began this year!! I'm impressed.
"Friendly service " I had my car towed to the dealership. They're able to diagnose the problem and fix it rather swiftly. I also asked for a boil change. They told me recommended your services but we're not pushy.
"?????" Almost perfect! I wish the wait could have been a little shorter. Otherwise, the service was friendly and reassuring. I appreciated that I was told I did not need (at this time) a couple of services I asked about. Thank You!
