Always a pleasure bringing the vehicle in. It wouldve been a 5 rating but my 2 hour appointment was an all day appointment. I was scheduled for 8:30AM and was informed service was backed-up and caused my vehicle to be complete just prior to 4:00PM.

Happy overall with the service performed, however the time it took was unacceptable due to poor communication between the service depart personnel, resulting in the work not starting until I questioned the status after waiting for two hours.

People are all nice for sure. But one problem I have is that they send out these coupons, e.g., oil change for $19.99, but then the bill comes to $28 and change because of "shop fees". Can you imagine going to McD's with a coupon for 2 sandwiches for $5 and then they charge you like $8? If there are hidden costs, be upfront about it so customers won't get annoyed.

The service was excellent! The young lady who checked me in was knowledgable and polite, and the service was completed an hour and a half, ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Berlin City, Portland.
