Jessica Curit-Ramos, Service Advisor, is always prompt to respond to my call for service. The recent scheduled routine service, oil, filter and tire rotation was timely and as expected. Jessica is very detailed explaining the service as performed and always exhibits a very pleasant demeanor. She is definitely an asset to Berlin City Honda.
