My oil and filter and fluid along with tires rotation and sticker were all done with great service.
Eric and Dillion are very professional and pleasant.
I appreciate Dillon Ballweber in the service dept. He knows the vehicle and keeps track of what is needed. I contact him directly rather than going through the Berlin City Honda's main phone.

Overall excellent, but I just wish someone had messaged me that the mechanic couldnt find the wheel key to rotate the tires. I only found out when I read the fine print on the report given to me post service
