"Tire rotation and inspection" Friendly customer service. Prompt and thorough. Felt the service representative was great at explaining what was needed. No extra maintenance needed. In and out in a timely manner.
"Purchasing an accord easy!" Chris was very helpful, found the exact car we want, had it available the day and time we agreed on, provide me with excellent info, and Zach (tech guru) spent almost an hour explaining the technical functions of this car. I am not computer savvy, but his explanations provided me with a great start to learning those systems. I had few additional questions after taking delivery and Chris got me those answers. The whole team was professional and customer oriented.
"Everyone was friendly and good to work with... " We enjoyed our experience... we did have to wait for the right Pilot , but it is worth the wait. The finance guy,, can't find his name right off, but he was great... and during our conversation, his family called, and he had us on the phone, and even his wife congratulated us on our new car. "Good Service Experience" I have 2017 accord touring and brought it in for its first service. I had a good experience. Work was done on time and for less than i expected. They put on a new inspection sticker for free.
"Oil change" Excellent customer service, quick service, comfortable waiting area, friendly employees, organized, would recommend this dealership to all friends, family members, coworkers, thank you for the service
"Stopped in with no appointment" A chipmunk chewed my windshield wiper fluid tubing - and these guys diagnosed the problem and fixed it while I drank Gingerbread flavored coffee. I always have good experiences at this dealership. They even noticed I needed a sticker and did the inspection for free. It's always free, but I was thankful for the reminder..
"Excellence" Drove in with a screw in the tire after hours at the hospital. Warmly greeted, quick fix of the tire and we were on our way. The kindness of the people we worked with was extraordinary. The dealership is amazing in every way. Many thanks to all who helped us...you rock!
"2week complimentary check on my new car" Easy to reschedule my appointment. Service advisors answered all my questions and showed me how some things on the car worked. I also had questions over my lease details that were answered by the leasing person
