As expected, it was a great experience. It's so comfortable to be welcomed and then brought to where you can wait and read, etc. until the car is ready. Eric Surawski runs a great service center at Honda, South Portland.

Was hoping to deal with Eric with whom I've worked with before. I was once again pleasantly surprised with the friendly knowledgeable service advisor I worked with. It was Ryan and everything went as well as possible. I've yet to have any issues here. A rare and pleasant surprise!

Excellent,from check in with Eric..to the service department phone call telling me my car was ready..sooner than expected..and the two nice gentlemen that shuttle me back and fourth to the mall..just great service..all the way around..thank you
