"Great staff, easy process" This was my first time leasing and Megan made it a super easy and quick process. She helped me get an affordable deal and showed me all the ins and outs of the car before I drove off the lot.
"Great Staff and service!" I bought my 2006 civic in 2010 and the service team made it sparkle like a diamond, thank you. Recently bought a CRV for and with my wife, an upgrade from a Jeep Liberty, sales was outstanding.
"Maintenance" In addition to the state inspection, oil change and tire rotation, I had the staff look at the TPMS light which was on. Also, one of the hubcaps needed to be replaced. I did have to remind them that I had a prepaid discount on the oil change since this discount was not reflected on the bill. However, they took care of it to my satisfaction and everything worked out ok.
"Last minute help " Realised a month after it was due that I'd forgotten have my car registered and inspected. Wound up making a last minute appointment. The folks at Honda helped me get my car registered, inspected and also did a recall it needed. And gave me a ride to Target while I was waiting. Overall pleased with everyone involved. Thanks!
"Great Service" Easy to schedule on line. Friendly and helpful service. Used shuttle service (Peter) over to the bookstore. Waiting area for service customers is comfortable. Dylan provided thorough explanation of service work. Very personable.
"Very efficient " Called in the morning for an appointment and within minutes had an appointment for that same day. I was taken promptly on my arrival and was able to work in the waiting area.
"Fast & Well Priced" Fast service, got right in and didn't have to wait long. Since I purchased my car at Berlin City, my first oil change was free! Dylan is the man! 10/10
"Great customer service by all attendants. " I found the service associates timely, friendly and professional. Each of them that I spoke to took the time to listen to my concerns and followed through on what was being done with the vehicle.
"Good!" Changed oil and serviced tires. All involved did this well and the results are very good. Tire was partially deflated at time of service, but no leak was found.
