"Maintenance" In addition to the state inspection, oil change and tire rotation, I had the staff look at the TPMS light which was on. Also, one of the hubcaps needed to be replaced. I did have to remind them that I had a prepaid discount on the oil change since this discount was not reflected on the bill. However, they took care of it to my satisfaction and everything worked out ok.
"Last minute help " Realised a month after it was due that I'd forgotten have my car registered and inspected. Wound up making a last minute appointment. The folks at Honda helped me get my car registered, inspected and also did a recall it needed. And gave me a ride to Target while I was waiting. Overall pleased with everyone involved. Thanks!
"Great Service" Easy to schedule on line. Friendly and helpful service. Used shuttle service (Peter) over to the bookstore. Waiting area for service customers is comfortable. Dylan provided thorough explanation of service work. Very personable.
"Very efficient " Called in the morning for an appointment and within minutes had an appointment for that same day. I was taken promptly on my arrival and was able to work in the waiting area.
"Fast & Well Priced" Fast service, got right in and didn't have to wait long. Since I purchased my car at Berlin City, my first oil change was free! Dylan is the man! 10/10
"Great customer service by all attendants. " I found the service associates timely, friendly and professional. Each of them that I spoke to took the time to listen to my concerns and followed through on what was being done with the vehicle.
"Good!" Changed oil and serviced tires. All involved did this well and the results are very good. Tire was partially deflated at time of service, but no leak was found.
"Excellent service personnel" Thank you for the excellent service I received today. I needed an oil change and am grateful for all the additional checks for service. Greatly appreciated.
"Initially, " My initial impression was unfavorable; I had a 12:45 PM appointment and there were two other individuals in front of me, neither of whom had appointments; as a result, I had to wait 15 minutes for these customers to finish providing their information to the customer service representatives, before one of them could turn his attention to me...I understand this, but perhaps there should be an area for walk-ins and another for those with scheduled appointments; otherwise, what is the point of making and confirming... read more
