"Always friendly" I've gone in for service a couple times now. Everyone is always very friendly. And the service is usually right around the time they quote you (usually about an hour). I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with Honda in general.
"Excellent Service" David was great to talk with & service was performed quickly and he didn't try to talk me into any additional work on the car.
"Great experience" I dealt with Dan Mercier. There was no pressure and he was quite informative and professional. After I made my decision to purchase the automobile he continued to assist me throughout the entire process until I drove off the lot. I left thinking that when the time came for me to get my next car I would return to Berlin City Honda. Thanks.
"Knowledge and ability to work with customer" I had a very knowledgeable sales person who listened about my concerns and what I wanted and didn't want in a new car. I had very limited time that day, but Dana worked with my husband and I and didn't give up trying to get us what we wanted.

"Everything was taken care of kind of." Ryan was great, got everything taken care of, it was ready when he said it would be, and he discounted it as I had to replace brake pads and rotors for the second time since owning the crv. I replaced them at 30000 miles which seemed fast to me at that time, and yet one year later and 14,000 miles later I had to replace them again. Obviously something was defective.
"Very efficient" We knew what we wanted and our sales rep focused liked a laser beam on a used car that met our criteria. We were provided with complete details about cars available and they were lined up and ready to be test driven when we arrived at the dealership. Feedback about our experience with the first car we test-drove resulted in a next car that was just right. The salesman was a great listener - and got us what we were looking for very efficiently. The price was fair and the car is beautiful.
"Service and Recall Work" As always the workplan was reviewed and discussed in detail, executed quickly and exactly as planned, and even the coffee in the waiting area was first rate!
