"Great and Friendly Service" Ryan York is awesome! He answered all of my questions and called me back very quickly. He also provided with alternatives and ways to save money. I appreciate the help I got from him.
"Efficient and professional" Scott knows my situation well with travel for work and my needs in a vehicle. We know we can rely on him to get us a quality vehicle within our price range.
"Honda Civic Touring" We were interested in a Hatchback model, but weren't satisfied with the available selection. Dana offered an alternative, and suggested a 2016 with all the options we wanted at a great price. We were very satisfied with the deal we got; Dana did a great job.
"Satisfied" Everyone was efficient and professional. Decided to payoff my leased vehicle during a service appointment. Everyone involved made it an easy transaction. I appreciated the good service.
"Brad always delivers" I have always brought my vehicle here for service and have kept doing it because of the attention and service I get from Brad and in the past Carla. They always treat me well and fairly with price. They also always offer recommendations so I do not have to pay more for more costly repairs at a later date.
"Friendly, courteous service" Only issue is I needed both front & rear brakes & was charged full price for for an additional tire rotation even though tires were already off
"Service" I was notified by service advisor Bobby that a CV joint seal was leaking. Since my CRV is a 2013 with only 24,000 miles I was surprised to find this defect. Bobby determined that the work was covered by warranty and we scheduled the repair. The repair work was completed in less time than promised and I was given a free car wash to boot!
"Oil change and brake check" Excellent service and pleasant experience working with Ryan York. Was provided with report of findings that was helpful to have for my records. I also appreciate the complimentary ride service provided while waiting. Very nice drivers.
"Service with a smile" Upon arrival, I was greeted, asked what I was there for. My car was ready when promised. I chose to wait. The wait area was clean, bright, and WIFI available.
