"Excellent Service" One item to please pass on to Honda: Please update the car software to allow a bluetooth link to car play!!! The wired solution is entirely too clunky.

"Excellent vehicle shopping experience " Welcoming folks. Very respectful to me and my wife. Impressed at how fast they were able to locate the vehicle I wanted. This was a good vehicle shopping experience. I have yet to deal with the service dept but if it’s as good as the sales group I think you have a longtime customer in me.
"inspection appointment" I had a 1:00 PM appointment, and it took 1 hour + 45 minutes to complete. That seems a little excessive. Overall = very good. Thank you.

"Andrew the salesman was great to work with!" Andrew Fosset was great to work with! I thought it was too early to get out of my lease and get a different vehicle! Andrew was able to let me get a different vehicle early! I love my new CR-V! I only went over to get my oil change and inspection sticker on my HRV but ended up coming home with a new car! Andrew was fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone!
"Service was over and above..." My Honda CRV was only there for a state inspection, but they found that the battery terminals were corroded and needed to be cleaned...so they did the work at no charge which was a pleasant surprise.
