"Great Sales Team and Finance team" I worked with the sales team and the finance team (normal for buying a car) As always the sales person was professional and did a great job, the finance guy went through my options without being pushy and asking the right questions to know whether any of the additional options were helpful (it got the tire damage plan because my car doesn't have a spare and me or my kids have damaged our share of tires) - and overall it was an in and out experience.
"Great experience!" I have purchased two vehicles from Berlin City Honda. The experience was pleasant. We took our time and they accommodated our needs with out pushing for things we did not want. I also support this Honda dealership because of its willingness to support education with the Drive for Education program.

"Berlin Honda comes thru again" Berlin Honda and my Service Advisor Dillon Ballweber have worked on two major problem for my 2015 Certified Pre-Owned CRV that I purchased in the Summer of 2018, this is my first Honda and I feel I made a good choice.

"Great Team" I love that I can schedule routine service online and am able to get an appointment on a Saturday at a reasonable time. The check-in staff is always pleasant and efficient. The waiting area offers free snacks and hot coffee or cold bottled water. It was a busy day but my wait was not too terribly long. I always bring a book and I even had time to check out the new models for 2019.
