"3/1 experience" pleasant, helpful, efficient service experience which met my needs, Had to change the time of my appointment related to a conflict with another appointment. Person I spoke with was very helpful in finding another appointment for the same day, which since my inspection was overdue was a great help.

"Tire pressure light on and needed repair to my tire." I scheduled an appointment online. When I arrived at the Honda dealership I was greeted by Alex. He was so knowledgeable and professional. The waiting room was very clean and offered complimentary variety of snacks, fresh fruits, coffee, water.
"Very easy visit" The Service team finished my recall repair in slightly under their estimate of 2 1/2 hours. And I was very pleasantly surprised at the waiting area in the dealership, which was a big improvement since the last time I had been here. Very comfortable. All staff were very pleasant, and the facility was great.
"Highly reccomended! " I didn't buy my car from Berlin but I drive a Honda and always take my car into get serviced. I've had Bobby Jessica and Eric and they are all awesome
"Great Sales Team and Finance team" I worked with the sales team and the finance team (normal for buying a car) As always the sales person was professional and did a great job, the finance guy went through my options without being pushy and asking the right questions to know whether any of the additional options were helpful (it got the tire damage plan because my car doesn't have a spare and me or my kids have damaged our share of tires) - and overall it was an in and out experience.
