"Lease on new CRV 2019" Very professional staff (Chris in Sales, and Chris in Finance, thanks to both of you !), won't put any pressure on us, everything went very smooth, there were very responsive to all our requests and questions, plus we got a good deal from the dealership. Will most likely do business again with them in the future.
"honda purchase" Chris in sales and the financing dept both made the experience smooth and no pressure. I would come back again when it is time to consider another new/used vehicle
"Annual Inspection/ Oil & Filter / Rotate Tires Service" Very thorough, listen to questions, respond w/ knowledgeable answers. Coupons to help keep service expenses as low as possible. Stick to stated time service will take if wait for car.
"Routine maintenance visit" courteous team members, great service and timely turnaround of my vehicle. review does not need to be at least 25 words to convey the results of my visit. Get a grip and let the minimum go.
"Friendly, mostly online service " Great to work with, bought and delivered my new Pilot in a reasonable time frame. It was nice to not be heavily pressured on the sales room floor, instead being allowed to make my decisions from the comfort of my own home.
"Service was excellent" Great customer service.also was able to use a coupon for a discount. Reception person was welcoming and provided a detailed explanation of what was performed.
"Good dealership" Was my first time here and needed an oil change and tire rotation. For there and was offered a deal for 3 oil changes and tire rotation which was cool. Service guy was polite and knew his stuff.
"Wonderful service" We had an emergency situation very early in the AM at the beginning of a trip to FL with our Pilot. Jessica got right to it and got our car fixed and ready to go in an hour. We will be adopting Berlin City of Portland as our #1 Honda dealer from now on.
"No complaints " Dave was helpful, responsive and professional. I got the car i wanted with no hassle. He was available to answer questions and we closed the deal on my schedule.
