"Smooth routine service" 10,000 mile service visit. From scheduling online to getting a coupon for a car wash at the end, all was seamless. The commitment to provide high quality service was evident.
"Quick, Efficient Experience" Needed routine maintenance and possibly an alignment. It was checked and completed within a fairly reasonable amount of time and done to my satisfaction. The free car wash was an added bonus.
"Always a pleasure..." My car will be six years old in August and so this visit was to be sure everything is working well. I am going on a trip to Boston the end of the month and wanted to feel secure. So after waiting a little longer than usual I was pleased to see a car that looked brand new and felt that way driving away. I think they did a great job!

"Excellent service" The car had a problem with the sway bars, which the technician (Benjamin Gass) diagnosed, hten repaired satisfactorily. It wasn't an easy diagnosis, since all the body noise didn't seem to be was coming from the front of the car.. Dillon Ballweber, the customer rep, was also very helpful.
