"It was Easy" We drove to Berlin City Honda to test drive a CR V. The make, model, and color we were looking for was there and available to drive - easy. The negotiations were easy , financing was fairly easy though we didn't want the service package. We waited about 15 minutes then got a helpful tour of the car before we drove off in it. Easy. From start to finish it took about 3 hours.
"Outstanding customer service" It was a pressure free experience. Chris was awesome. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Test drove the HRV on Tuesday, drove home with it the following day!
"Easy and straightforward service" I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment just a couple days out, service was performed as requested, and my vehicle ready an hour before promised. I appreciated the check-in call that I received about midway through the process, simply to give me a status update. I've been bringing my vehicles to Berlin City for a few years now and have no complaints thus far.
"SERVICE WRITER RULES" JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THAT ERIC COULDN'T BEAT MY LAST SERVICE APPOINTMENT HE BLOWS ME OUT OF THE WATER ON THIS VISIT..... "Passport Elite Purchase" Great staff, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Bought the vehicle right off the showroom floor. Process was efficient, clear and fair. Never felt rushed or pressured.
"Lease on new CRV 2019" Very professional staff (Chris in Sales, and Chris in Finance, thanks to both of you !), won't put any pressure on us, everything went very smooth, there were very responsive to all our requests and questions, plus we got a good deal from the dealership. Will most likely do business again with them in the future.
